Hi, I’m Kimberly, and I’ve been practicing therapy for more than three decades. Helping people navigate life’s emotional challenges isn’t just my profession—it’s a calling I truly care about. My journey as a therapist is deeply shaped by my personal experiences, including motherhood, supporting a child through severe mental illness, and coping with profound loss. These experiences allow me to connect with clients on a meaningful and human level.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. My areas of focus include complex trauma (CPTSD), relationship difficulties, grief and loss, men’s and women’s issues, and LGBTQIA+ support. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.
My therapeutic style is authentic, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe true healing grows from trust, connection, and shared understanding, and it’s a privilege to support my clients as they move toward clarity, resilience, and emotional peace.
